Seaview House to open under new operator within weeks

first_imgSeaview Respite House in Mountcharles is set to open under the operation of RehabCare in the coming weeks, despite anxiety over the future of the service.RehabCare, who is the new service provider at Seaview House, confirmed that the centre will open once final remedial works are completed at the site in Dromore Lower, Co Donegal.Funding problems surrounding the charity have created confusion over the future of services at Seaview House. The healthcare charity is seeking €2M from the Department of Health to bridge a funding shortfall. However RehabCare have said that they met with families a number of times in recent weeks to keep them updated on the progress of the transfer of the service at Mountcharles.
