first_img Michy Batshuayi celebrates a goal for Belgium Turkish giants Fenerbahce have stepped up their efforts to sign wantaway Chelsea forward Michy Batshuayi, according to reports.The Belgium international may leave Stamford Bridge this summer after growing frustrated at a lack of playing time under Antonio Conte last season.Batshuayi, 23, has plenty of potential suitors from around Europe, with reports suggesting a return to France could well be on the cards.However, according to Fanatik, it is Fenerbahce who are making all of the early running and have set their sights on landing their number one transfer target.The in-demand forward struggled to make much of an impact for the Premier League champions last season, scoring nine times in 28 appearances in all competitions.In order to meet Financial Fair Play regulations, Fenerbahce are considering a temporary loan move for Batshuayi.However, Chelsea may decide to part company with the young Belgian permanently, leaving the door wide open for other clubs to swoop in. 1last_img
